Here in MIASA we provided Mental Health Assessment and Consultation for those who are curious about their current mental health conditions and wishing to improve their mental health. Mental Health assessment is important to isolate and identify aspects of emotional disturbance, it is crucial to measure the severity of your stress, anxiety and depression thus early intervention could be made. This session is available both online and onsite. Remember, you don’t have to fight this alone, we’re here to help.
